Crisp has over 13 years of culinary experience providing nutritious meals to thousands of school-aged children, Pre-K through 12th grade and beyond, in many different programs including public schools, private schools, colleges, charter schools, day care centers, day camps, sleep away camps and special need centers for adults and children.
Our kitchen operates based on HACCP principles and our management is ServSafe trained and certified. We are a state approved vendor for many programs including SFSP, CACFP, and NSLP. We operate according to the highest standards of Kashrus to meet religious requirements and we try to accommodate all special/specific dietary needs.
Our catering department offers dairy corporate lunch options, as well as catering for morning and afternoon events. We also provide catering services for Brissim and Melava Malkas to the general public.
